Smartpuppys Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If available, tracking details will also be included.

2. Delivery Time

At Smartpuppys, we aim to deliver all orders within 10 days from the date of shipment.

However, in some situations such as high order volume, supplier delays, or courier issues, delivery may take up to 14 days (2 weeks).

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items ordered.

4. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the courier and assist you further.
